I’m Lucyana.In 1991, I arrived in Canada as a four-year-old immigrant with my family. Like many children of immigrants, I grew up quickly. By nine, I was translating conversations, speaking to institutions, and helping my parents navigate unfamiliar systems.I became the one who clarifies. The one who supports. The one who makes complex things make sense. Helping others navigate systems became second nature long before I stepped into a corporate office.As the daughter of immigrants, my dream was simple, make my parents proud and build a professional career that honored their sacrifices. And I did.I built a 17-year career in the corporate and legal world, managing complex documentation, supporting major initiatives, and carrying high-level responsibilities with precision and discipline. From the outside, it looked like success.But today, as a single mother of two daughters, I realized something important success that costs you presence is too expensive. I began redefining what success truly meant, and how I wanted to build it. That is when my business was born.
